Recover From Eating Disorders Ebook – Offer Extension

by nina on June 23, 2011

recover from eating disorders ebook Thank you all for your birthday wishes, comments, tweets and Facebook posts! If you forgot, I decided to give one of you a present to celebrate my birthday – and it was such a pleasure to be able to do this, as I am sure that you will get a lot out of this book which  details how I achieved complete recovery from eating disorders and have been completely free for 5 years now.

I have decided to EXTEND the offer for another  week… because I really want to give you all the opportunity to win this book that I KNOW will change the way you think about recovery and to realize that TOTAL recovery IS possible for you all.

My book discusses:

  • How I changed my thinking about diets and legalized ALL food
  • The struggle at the beginning with eating “banned” and “illegal”  food
  • How I used VISUALIZATION as a tool to see the ideal recovery that I wanted – and that I absolutely have today.

I want you all to have this and to really be free without constantly feeling like you have the monkey on your back. I know that feeling all too well – doing okay for a few weeks, eating on a strict food plan with no sugar or anything “triggering”, but being completely miserable and knowing deep in your  heart that another binge, purge or starvation period is coming…

That is NO way to live. You can be out of that madness and live the life you were meant to live.

So I am extending this offer for another week. ALL that you need to do is leave a comment at the bottom of this post saying WHY you want to win this E Book. That is all!

Love and Freedom,

Nina Vucetic

wow…you are inspiring so many…and so honest…your love for others and desire to help others achieve your same recovery leaves me with happy tears…I myself have suffered from both anorexia and bulemia for over 20 years…I went to treatment once at 18 and again at 37….I find myself getting stronger each day…I try not to look at recovery as black and white…but as growth and learning to love myself and deal with the feelings I tried to avoid for so long..thanks for sharing and any information or news you pass on just helps me continue to gain strength like a storm….one day I would like to say I grew so strong that the voice I sometimes hear no longer has a sound….love you..happy birthday too….

Thank you so much for your beautiful comments.
I have full faith that you will achieve full recovery and that the old voices will be replaced by new and positive ones, filled with self love.
You are someone who will have a lot to offer to others as well – keep this goal in mind and your recovery will soar!!
Imagine the ability to help another who has been through the similar hell that you have. That is what always kept me focused and motivated on getting my own recovery straight first.
Love to you and so much gratitude for your comments!

I’m so happy I came across your website through I’ve been struggling for over 30 years! Lots of good days but lots of bad too. My daughter is grown and married and I gave her my soul. I’m so proud of her! No eating disorders….I raised her how I wanted to be raised ,with love for herself Now I’m working on myself. It is my turn to be healthy and true. I’m sure this book will help alot. Thank you, Linda

Hi Lynda!
Thank you for reaching out, and congratulations on your success in Motherhood – a major accomplishment!!
Yes it is time for you to focus on yourself and achieving your own highest potential, which starts with being rid of the debilitating obsession with food and weight. I strongly believe that no matter how long you have struggled or how far down we have gone, there is ALWAYS hope and complete and full recovery IS possible. You have to feel it, believe it and reprogram your mind to this concept.
Winner will be announced tomorrow!!

Love and abundance

Why do I want this E- book? I’ve been struggling with anorexia for I think 13 years, I’ve been trough 2 rehab center’s tons of different doctor’s and nothing has ever helped me, I even attempted suicide 3 years ago, I died I was in a comma for a month and I still can’t eat. I want a better life a normal life I want to have a family I want to have the strength to work and study bc right now it’s too hard. I don’t want another visit to the hospital ever again I want that my family can trust me again and not see me as the biggest potential pain I can be if I die and/or have to go to the hospital again. I want to raise awareness and make the world understand us and not judge us for this disease. I want to really be pretty bc right now with almost no hair and so skinny I don’t think I look good at all (no matter what ana says) I just want to live.

Hi Daisy,

Thank you so much for your honesty and courage to get the eating disorder out of your head and open yourself up to help and healing.
That it itself is incredible!!
I understand the pain, the lack of will to live and yet having so many dreams and aspirations.
You CAN recover and you CAN live your life to the full potential that is available to you – including a family, study, fulfilling work – and most importantly, YOU can make a HUGE impact on the lives of others when you are able to share your experience and full recovery with other.
I have faith in you because you have reached out, you have told the universe that you no longer want to live this way and want a better life for yourself.

Thank you so much for stopping by, for your courage and I will be announcing winners tomorrow!!

Love and abundance

I’ve recovered from bulimia and been binge/restrict free since September 2009. I achieved recovery without much of a structured plan and without outside help which resulted in gaining weight which is now only just starting to slip away.

As a former member of the bodybuilding community, I see girls with the same issues I had, but I can’t offer them an alternative they will consider if it comes with gaining weight. I would love to hear how you did it without putting on weight. Your book would provide both inspiration for my on going journey and a tool to help my friends.

nina June 28, 2011 at 12:52 pm

Hi Katie,

Thank you so much for you honesty and I know that the weight gain is something that a lot of people struggle with when it comes to letting go of diets and eating intuitively.
Essentially I think that there is still some lingering diet mentality left over than needs to be eliminated and can be done through various techniques that I go through in my book, as well as the posts on this site.
It takes a shift in your subconscious thinking and programming through a combination of visualization, affirmations, seeing your ideal and REALLY letting go of ALL the dieting.
Good luck and THANK YOU for stopping by!
