How to Stop Binge Eating Part 2 – Creating a Change Plan

by nina on August 3, 2012

In the first video of the How to Stop Binge Eating Series we talked about triggers… and how certain things will trigger a binge eating episode. It is important that you identify for yourself what those triggers are, make a note of them and keep referring back to them to keep yourself accountable, on track and in check!

ACTION STEP!

So now the key is to take a few moments and write out your triggers – get out a piece of paper and a pen and just start listing them, based on your own experience.

In this training we are goung to be talking about creating a Binge Eating Recovery Change Plan

Watch the Video and the we will get into some action steps for the next 30 days…

Take some time to think about each of the “change plan” strategies and incorporate them into your life daily. Why? Because they WORK. I have used it, and my clients always have positive results when they rigorously use it on a daily basis. This is your LIFE. This must come first in order for you to have any life at all.

Now the first 30 days are the toughest – that is why I have put together a new program that is coming up – the 30 Day Ecourse – sign up to register and lock in your Pre Launch Price of only 39.95.

This program takes you through the first 30 days, with action steps, workseets, a plan to meet all of your challenges and motivation and relaxation days to let the recoevry settle into your new life.

Sign up for the 30 Day E Course and you will be notified as soon as it is released.

I have been carefully working on this program for months to make sure I give you all of the tools that you will need, day by day – particularly in those first fragile 30 days of recovery…

Love and Freedom,

Nina 🙂
