If It is Hurting You Are Healing!

you are healingThis may seem like a strange thing to say, but I really want you to know that the pain, discomfort and anxiety that you are feeling as you are becoming an intuitive eater and letting go of the eating disorder is actually a positive thing and does mean that you are healing!

While you are living in denial and numbing yourself – the pain is stuffed down and there is no opportunity to heal.

Whatever is to be healed must be brought to the surface first in order for you to be able to see it and then apply the tools and strategies to deal with it completely and to heal for good.

I have included many different healing techniques in the Recover From Eating Disorder E Book that will get to the core of the eating disorder and show you how to live with freedom as an intuitive eater.
