Achieve Complete Recovery and Break Through the Limits of Possibility – Here’s How!

by nina on December 12, 2012

recovery from an eating disorder is possibleRecovery from Eating Disorders is absolutely possible and can be achieved by anyone. This is something you have all heard me talk about many times, but it is important to repeat it to really install the new belief in you and remind you of this especially when you are feeling down, unmotivated and cannot see it happening.

When the limits of “what is possible” are broken, the entire world is then faced with a shift in their thinking and consciousness.

Often we get stuck with very “limited” thoughts and beliefs about what is possible – and even professionals, experts and the community at large will hold onto these beliefs and transfer them onto others.

But the fact is that ANYTHING is possible and whatever you believe you can achieve.

I am a strong believer in the power of manifestation and our minds to create incredible shifts in our perception, our lives and break the limits of what is possible.

Nobody believed that my recovery would be possible and I kept hearing it over and over again. Until I consciously chose to listen to a different voice and to seek out those people who had achieved the impossible.

Take Roger Bannister as an example – they said that it was humanly impossible to break the 4-minute mile running record. Physiologists, Psychiatrists and all other professionals agreed

Yet in 1954, Roger Bannister crossed the finish line with a time of 3 minutes, 59.4 seconds, breaking not only a world record, but a major belief about “what is possible” that had a ripple effect on the world at large.

Another runner, John Landy, had never been close to the 40minute record, yet within 46 days of Bannister’s breakthrough he managed to surpass the record with a 3:57.9.

And by the end of 1957, 16 runners had also beater the 4-minute mile record.

So think about that next time your are questioning whether your recovery or anything in life is possible.

What old beliefs are you holding onto?

Can you let go of that belief and rewrite a new one?

Let me know in the comments!

I believe in you. You’ve got this.
